In Person Personal Training

In-person personal training is a service where individuals work directly with me in a face-to-face setting. It involves one-on-one sessions where I will provide personalised guidance and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

During these sessions, I will be assessing the client's fitness level, creates a tailored workout plan, demonstrates exercises, and provides real-time feedback on form and technique. The in-person nature of this service allows for hands-on assistance, immediate adjustments, and a higher level of accountability and motivation.

Virtual Personal Training

Virtual personal training is a service that enables individuals to receive fitness training and guidance remotely through digital platforms. With virtual personal training, clients can connect with me in real-time through video conferencing tools, allowing for personalised instruction and support.

This service offers convenience, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to train from anywhere while still receiving professional guidance and accountability. 

Online Personal Training

 Online personal training is conducted remotely, typically through digital platforms and communication tools. You don't have to be physically present with the trainer, allowing for flexibility in scheduling and location. 

It involves pre-designed workout programs created by the trainer. These programs are typically accessible through an Excel Spreedsheet. You follow the program at your own pace and convenience.

Nutritional Advice 

A nutritional advice service offers personalised guidance and support regarding dietary choices and overall nutrition. It involves an initial assessment to understand individual needs and goals, followed by the development of a customized nutrition plan. 

The service provides education, meal planning assistance, and ongoing monitoring to help individuals make informed decisions and improve their overall health through proper nutrition.

Massage Treatment

A massage treatment service involves the application of manual techniques to manipulate soft tissues in the body, such as muscles, tendons, and ligaments. 

It aims to promote relaxation, alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce stress. During a session, I will apply various techniques and pressures to address specific areas of concern and enhance overall well-being.
